What is GameStrategists?

GameStrategists is a free online ARG puzzle game platform created by a solo indie developer. We offer original browser-based Alternate Reality Games covering psychological horror, deep-sea mystery, urban legend, and more. All games are independently created — from story scripts and puzzle design to code implementation. No download required, play directly in your browser.

Are these ARG games original?

Yes, all ARG puzzle games are original independent works. No outsourcing, no AI generation, no team. Each game takes 2-3 months of spare time to develop, with complete storylines, puzzle chains, and multiple endings.

How often is content updated?

As a personal project, update frequency varies. During new game development cycles (2-3 months), there are fewer updates. After a game launch, there are concentrated content updates. Existing games also receive ongoing fixes and optimizations.

What languages do you support?

Currently offering content in Chinese (Simplified Chinese) and English. Switch language versions in the top right of the website. Both game interfaces and articles are available bilingually.

How do I report a bug or suggest improvements?

If you find a bug in any game or have improvement suggestions, please email contact@gamestrategists.com with a description of the issue and which game you were playing. As an indie developer, I'll verify and fix it as quickly as possible. Your feedback is invaluable.

What's with the ads on the website?

I'm applying for Google AdSense to help cover server and domain costs. If approved, ad volume will be kept to a minimum. Ads are served by Google in accordance with its privacy policy.

How do you protect my privacy?

No trackers, no personal data collection, no data selling. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic, which may collect cookies and usage data for analytics purposes only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I request deletion of my personal information?

Under data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request deletion of personal information. Please email contact@gamestrategists.com with your specific request. I will process requests within 30 days and provide written confirmation.

Do you have social media accounts?

Currently, I primarily connect with visitors through email. I chose not to operate social media accounts so I can focus more time on game development. If social media plans develop, I will announce them on the website.

Is GameStrategists affiliated with game developers?

Not at all. GameStrategists is a personal project run by a solo indie developer. Not affiliated with any game developer, publisher, or brand. All ARG games are original works, not based on third-party game IPs.
